The BT Long Fins are a great basic fin for all ability levels who are looking for a boost to their kick workouts.

• Each pair of fins is an identical pour so you don't have to worry about if your putting on a right or a left fin. 
• Sizing is based on men's sizes. Women should size down 1-2 sizes. 
• If you are at the top end of the size scale or fall in between sizes, we recommend going with the larger size. 
• If the fin is a little too large or is chaffing you can wear an ankle sock or fin sock. 
• You want the fins to fit snugly but not so tight that your foot will cramp.
