We provide four main sources of order shipment:
- Free in store pick up (available in Utah only) - an email notification will be sent out to you confirming when orders are ready
- United States Postal Service (USPS) - an email notification will be sent out confirming with orders are shipped along when tracking information
- United Parcel Service (UPS) - an email notification will be sent out confirming when orders are shipped along with tracking information
- FedEx - an email notification will be sent out confirming when orders are shipped along with tracking information
Orders that are placed between 11:00a-4:00p MST Monday-Saturday are generally pulled and prepared for shipping the same day that they are placed. Orders that are placed outside the above time frame are generally pulled and prepared for shipping the next day (during next the above listed time frame).
Once orders have been pulled and prepared for shipping they are marked as shipped and then generally turned over to the shipping provider after 6:00p MST the same day.
Our policy is to hold orders until all items in the order are ready and available for shipping in one shipment instead of breaking orders into multiple shipments.
The shipping option that you pick and purchase is not indicative of the total time that it will take you to receive your order. It is indicative of the time that your order spends in the hands of the shipping provider. It is also a generalized estimate issued by the provider and not a guaranteed time frame. Situations like backorder items and customized made at order items will greatly effect the displayed shipping time. See below for more details on that.
Once orders are in the hands of the shipping providers then their terms of services take over. There is not much that we can do by way of helping when shipping issues arise. Therefore, it is recommended that you contact the shipping provider directly if you have any issues or questions about your package once it's in their hands.
Orders are generally not pulled and prepared during all major United States holidays.
Extenuating circumstances may prevent orders from being fulfilled in the above listed time frames. We will always do our best to pull, prepare, and ship out orders as quickly as possible.
If issues arise that prevent the timely fulfillment of your order you will be notified and fully updated on the status of your order. Continual updates on flagged orders will happen if and when in information becomes available.
Backorder and made to order custom items may take two to six weeks (group shipment orders may take longer) before they will be fulfilled and shipped.
