Instructions for Use

• While holding the cylindrical portion of the plug, insert the ear plug into the ear
• Push into the ear canal and rotate until you feel a secure fit 
• As ear shapes vary, there is not a designated top or bottom orientation of the ear plug 
• When done swimming, pull on the cylindrical portion to remove the ear plug 
• Rinse in fresh water and store in the care box
